Tutor’s Teaching Background

Hello, I aim to enhance literacy skills in every child by utilising a mix of activity sheets, worksheets and additional fun resources and games. I also have crafted my very own personalised phonics resource, including activity sheets, worksheets and hands-on activities, which I will use during the tutoring sessions. Through interactive and enjoyable activities, your child will be introduced to letter sounds. His/her learning journey involves gradually mastering blending techniques, starting with letter sounds to simple CVC words (short a, e, i, o, u words) and progressing to digraphs. Your child will also be prompted to construct his/her own sentences using his/her letter sound understanding, coupled with a drawing. Depending on your child’s progress I may suggest extra activities for continued practice at home with your child.
