Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have hands-on experience in one-on-one tutoring, specializing in Accounting across different academic levels. For example, I worked with a university-level Accounting student for six months, helping her transform her performance from struggling in her mid-year exams to achieving a B in her finals. My teaching approach is highly student-focused, leveraging existing course materials while tailoring lessons to individual needs. I motivate students by clearly identifying lesson objectives and using leading questions to guide them toward solving problems independently. This method not only builds their understanding but also boosts their confidence and intrinsic motivation to excel. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from NTU, I bring subject-matter expertise to my lessons.
