 Teaching approach

Lessons will be designed based on students’s strengths and weaknesses with the aim of building a strong foundation in each topic. I will use a variety of methods, including hands-on activities and real-world examples, to keep students engaged and motivated. I will share tips on how to analyze the questions for slower learners and accelerate the learning curve for faster learners. Students will be taught how to identify keywords, associating them to concepts, and developing strategies to approach the questions. Students will focus intensively on practicing exam-based questions in advance to prepare for all exams.

I aim to introduce new concepts ahead of school curriculum. I have categorized the high-frequency questions that appeared in test papers to ensure that my students get full exposure to all types of questions that could potentially appear in PSLE.

Personality

Bubbly, fun, and interactive personality to keep the student engaged during the lesson, yet is strict at the same time. Parents feedback that students get along well with me, and that made the children enjoy the lessons.

Proficient in conducting online lessons via Zoom. All the students from online lessons scored above 80 marks. Lessons can also be conducted at student's place.
