Prefer a tutor who is able to teach in Chinese too.
Student is currently in Delta Senior School, age 18. His English is very poor and it's at Primary 4 level as mentioned by his current school teacher.

Tutor just need to do their best to teach. No expectations. Mum just want the learning to be fun and relax. =)
