Tutors who include their relevant teaching experience in details have higher success rate of being engaged by the parent.

Parent has some specific requirements for tutor. It will be mainly to conduct lesson for verbally communication in order to help her daughter practice her speaking in mandarin.

Tutor must have taken higher Chinese and score well. The teacher will need to be younger and good with speaking to kids in order to facilitate conversation. Each week parent will have topic on hand and the teacher will need to speak to her child in mandarin for duration of the lesson and help her correct her sentences or understand the language bigger.
