Tutors who include their relevant teaching experience in details have higher success rate of being engaged by the parent.

She will have reports in chinese needed to read. Actually no preparation is required from the tutor. She just need the teacher to listen to her pronunciations and guide her the hanyu pinyin.

In fact she is female Chinese , just that she has main language is English . May her standard is at the current Primary 6 level.
