Tutor’s Teaching Background

  Chinese Adjunct teacher at Anderson Sec where he teaches Sec 1 higher chinese and upper Sec syllabus B.  Highest qualification:  Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature, Certificate in Education and Counselling.   Currently with 4 tutees.  His tutees are 1 in Pri 5, 2 in sec 2 and 1 in sec 3 in 2021.  He teaches them Chinese.  He is effectively bilingual in both English and chinese.  He is capable to teach answering technic in every component in Chinese paper 1,2,3 and 4. His students are able to show improvement under his tutelage.  His sec 4 tutee in 2017 improved from E8 to B4 with distinction in oral in less than 4 months.  In 2018, His sec 2 student also improved from E8 to B4.  His sec 3 non chinese girl improved from never pass in sec 3 to 51 in SA2 in only 3 months and scored an B3 in June 2019. In 2020, his sec 2 IP programme student improved from 57 in sec 1 SA2 to 70 in sec 2 SA2.   He had students scored A1 in o level Chinese and A* in PSLE Chinese and higher Chinese too.   Available on Saturdays and sundays daytime only Can start ASAP *Able to produce NIE cert on the first lesson for verification*
