Tutor’s Teaching Background

As a 1-on-1 physics, chemistry and math tutor ever since i was 16, I’ve had the rewarding experience of helping students tackle challenging concepts with personalized support. Whether it’s breaking down complex physics principles or guiding them through intricate math problems, I adapt my teaching style to each student’s learning pace and needs. I take pride in creating an encouraging environment, where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring new ways of thinking. Witnessing their progress, from confusion to clarity, has been incredibly fulfilling. I’m committed to helping them build a strong foundation and confidence in these subjects, fostering both academic success and curiosity. I also intend to embark on the teaching internship program this coming Jan-Mar as I am considering the MOE Teaching Scholarship. This allows me to keep up to date with the current MOE syllabus which i will leverage upon to fomulate learning strategies in line with what MOE demands of students. Additionally, being a current MOE teacher will alllow me to tap into exisiting MOE resources to better suit the needs of your child.
