Tutor’s Teaching Background

I have been teaching Primary level Chinese for about 2 years with 7 students in record. Results for current 3 primary level students in chinese are as follows: 1. P3 Chinese AL2 2. P4 Chinese AL2 3. P6 Chinese AL 1 In teaching Chinese, I have used a variety of multimedia resources, including videos, songs, and storytelling, to enhance the learning experience. This not only helped students improve their language skills but also kept them engaged and motivated. One particular success story was a student who initially had difficulty with reading comprehension. Through personalized reading sessions and regular practice, the student not only caught up with the class but also developed a love for reading Chinese literature. My teaching methods are always student-centered, focusing on the individual needs and learning styles of each student. I believe in creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and express themselves.
