Tutor’s Teaching Background

Dear parents,

My name is Pranav, and I am a 27-year-old machine learning engineer at Micron, with a Masters degree in Machine Learning from SMU. While I have been working full-time for the past three years, I have a passion for teaching Maths, English, and Computer Science to primary and secondary school kids. I have had one year of experience teaching at a tuition centre, where I discovered my knack for teaching.

During my time at the tuition centre, I was responsible for teaching Maths and English to primary school students. I found that I enjoyed breaking down complex problems into simpler, more manageable steps, and explaining them in a way that students could easily understand. I also enjoyed creating engaging and interactive lessons that kept my students interested and motivated to learn.

In addition to my experience at the tuition centre, I have also tutored several primary and secondary school students on a part-time basis. I believe that my experience as a machine learning engineer has helped me to approach teaching in a logical and systematic way, while my passion for teaching has allowed me to connect with my students and inspire them to achieve their full potential.
