Tutor’s Teaching Background

1.5 years of private tutoring experience. Currently, I am providing English tuition to 6 students (from two families) ranging from P3 to Sec 3. I also previously provided History tuition to a Sec 3 student.

I was also an MOE Teaching Intern and taught English Language and Geography to Secondary students across streams and levels. During my internship, I sat through departmental meetings discussing teaching pedagogies and analysing markbands and questions to understand the skills and abilities intended to be tested for the examinations.

I am a humanities-oriented student currently pursuing a BA in English (Literature) and History at NTU. My strengths lie in effective speaking, writing, and argumentation, and I will be able to train your child to develop the soft skills necessary to navigate the elusive humanities.
